From the north via Route 1 (Tobin/Mystic River Bridge)

• Take Route US-1 S into Boston over the bridge.
• Take the I-93 N exit toward SOMERVILLE / CHARLESTOWN.
• Merge onto MA-99 S toward BOSTON.
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto JOE TECCE WAY / N WASHINGTON ST. Continue to follow N WASHINGTON ST.
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto NEW CHARDON ST.
• Turn SHARP LEFT onto MERRIMAC ST.
• MERRIMAC ST. becomes CONGRESS ST.
• Turn RIGHT onto STATE ST.
• Turn LEFT onto DEVONSHIRE ST.
• Turn RIGHT onto MILK ST.
• Turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON ST.
• 294 Washington Street will be on your right, opposite School Street. Continue on Washington Street, and in the next block on your left, enter the PI Alley Garage to park.
